Stephanie became a qualified Personal Trainer 3 years ago, as she really enjoyed helping other people achieve their fitness goals. During her time as a PT, she was attending Pilates classes and fell in love with the dynamics of Pilates and its techniques. She instantly felt the mind-body connection while practicing. For those reasons, she decided to become a qualified Pilates instructor to further follow her passion.

From a very young age Fran was determined to achieve her dream to pursue her career in Performing Arts. Since her 18s she trained in Performing Arts & Musical Theatre and thus has developed her career as a Dancer, Stunt Fighter and Actress. Fran has also spread her other big passion for sports & teaching, working as a Fitness Instructor, Dance, Barre & Cycling Trainer.

Charles is an advanced yoga teacher with more than a thousand hours of training qualified in teaching Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Rocket Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Mandala Flow, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Chakra philosophy. He has been practicing and actively teaching around the world.

Originally from Cardiff, Lauren started dancing at the age of 3. She later went on to train on various associate courses including, Ballet Cymru Associates, National Dance Company Wales Associates and The Royal Ballet School Advanced Associates.She gained a Level 4 Diploma in Music Performance and performing in various shows across the South Wales region.
After graduating with a First-Class Honours Degree from London Studio Centre in contemporary dance, Jemima decided to share her passion for the fitness industry. Her signature is to create a fun, sweaty and friendly environment for everyone who wants to try her Barre class.

Anita found Yoga on a trip to India 13 years ago. Since then, she has developed a strong yoga practice through Ashtanga trainings in India, and now is a 500hours certified Teacher. Anita believes a Yoga practice, should be meditative, so that both the mind and body can benefit and find peace through the postures. Expect a class that will be wonderfully challenging yet thoroughly nourishing for the mind and body, to leave you energised and focused for the day ahead.

After graduating in theatre dance, Robyn went on to dance on a cruise ship. She wanted to use her skills from her dance training and focus on getting involved with fitness. This is what led her to BoxMind barre classes! Robyn believes in the mental health benefits that fitness and exercise can have on our every day lives and wants this to be one of the main reasons for going to her classes.
